INFORMATION THE SANCTUARY NETWORK COLLECTS AND HOW WE USE IT
Your Contact Information is used to provide information to you about your affiliate membership, educational programs, networking and resource referrals, public affairs issues, industry news, and other similar information that we think will be interesting or useful to you. Contact Information includes your name, address, phone number, email address, employer/company/organization name, and job title.
Your Financial Information is used for accounting and invoicing; tracking your membership, sponsorship, registration, and other funding payments; and thanking you for your contributions and payments. For example, conference sponsors may, as needed to organize support , receive a conference attendee mailing list. The Sanctuary Network will disclose your personal information to medical professionals in an emergency when you are attending a Sanctuary Network-sponsored event or when otherwise there is reasonable presumed responsibility to do so.
